While all subscribers or shop purchasers will have access to the same starting point, we highly recommend you take it and make it yours with both your visual brand and your brand voice. And, don’t worry, we provide instructions with exactly how to do that with each download.

You can totally buy just one template! Maybe you already have an amazing team that handles your social media and you just need a template for a travel & sleep guide…we’ve got you covered! Or maybe you want to try it out to see how it works before you become a subscriber. That’s a valid choice for your business, too. If you want all the perks of being a subscriber, though, we highly recommend you look into that option!

Yes, subscriptions will automatically renew each month or each year, depending on how you initially signed up. Your membership will continue to renew until canceled.

Cancelations must be made via your Market St. Shop dashboard prior to your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. We do not offer partial refunds during an active billing cycle or for failing to cancel prior to your next billing cycle.

After cancelation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Once your membership has lapsed, you will lose access to the dashboard and all subscriber pages and perks found on the site.

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we DO NOT offer full or partial refunds.

Because this is our low-cost option, there will be some work on your end required to make the templates fit your brand (if you’re interested in having a full-service, done-for-you option, click here to learn more). 

Simply choose the template style that most closely resembles your brand, and change the colors, font, and maybe even the imagery. We are mindful to use photos curated specifically in three different brand styles, so that we are providing more style options for our users. Basically, we give you a solid foundation, and you tweak it to make it look and sound like you!

You’ll have access to anything that you’ve uploaded into your Canva account during the time you were paying for the service. You will no longer have access to your dashboard for future downloads or collections once your subscription has ended.

To start, the templates are presented in three different styles. You’ll choose the style that best fits your already established branding, or whichever you like best. Tweak the colors, fonts, and imagery to make it your own!

Each collection is paired with a guide to help you make it yours. We want to help you stand out from the crowd and speak directly to your ideal client. We will give you starting points or formulas for captions and within some of the templates themselves, and you can fill in the rest.

If you’ve purchased directly from The Market St. Shop (not the subscription), you can use the template to create products for marketing purposes and sales.

If you’re a subscriber, however, the subscription fee covers templates to be used for marketing purposes only. If you’ll be using a template to create a product that will be for sale (i.e. a paid guide, a presentation for a paid course, etc.), you’ll need to purchase that A-La-Carte product from the Market St. Shop.

Instructions will be given in a PDF guide with all releases and downloads so you’ll know exactly how to take each one and edit it to make it your own.

Yearly collection subscribers will also have access to a tutorial call with our designer to go over exactly how to do this when the collection is released.

Template links will open in Canva or Google Drive where you can edit and save as your own. Some will be sized for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and will be noted as such in the PDF guide that accompanies it. Others will be sized for use in Flodesk, HoneyBook, Dubsado, etc. and will be noted as such in the PDF guide that accompanies it.

The templates can be used for your marketing purposes within your own business. Use them for social media, in your emails, or even to print out and distribute as needed. However, templates are not to be purchased and resold as such. Guides and other like materials that you may use beyond marketing (as a product for sale) will need to be purchased from The Market St. Shop.

If you’ve purchased directly from The Market St. Shop (not the subscription), you can use the template to create products for marketing purposes and sales.

If you’re a subscriber, however, the subscription fee only covers templates to be used solely for marketing purposes. If you're planning to use a template to create a product that will be for sale (i.e., a guide or a presentation for a course, etc.), you’ll need to purchase that product from the Market St. Shop as an A-La-Carte template to be able to use it commercially.
